Regarding the recent article posted by Mr Jashua concerning February proposed meeting about peace reconciliation,we in NCA felt that we all need to be profect in taking our time to talk about reconciliation in a possitive manner. Our side has adapted the following directives that seem to be the only concret ways to bring the both parties together in peace.
A/ Omaha conference has tought us a complete example. The failure of Omaha meeting to pass a mere resolution will never repeat itself. At the end both sides blamed each other about why unity was not achieved. However the failure was on the chairmanship proceeding to his agenda to bring people together. Therefore general meeting may not sound good.
B/ If you have agenda, you need to discuse your agenda with the individual committees of the both sides seperately till you drawned out the common interest pionts of views from the both sides committees. Then later you may call the both sides committees for confirmation of theirs statement. We feel that this will reduces the tension of arguement during the first join meeting.
C/ NCA is an organization where everyone is a member. In this case members have right when they regularly pay their dues at the end of the each year.If any person/s didn't pay for a period of one or two years,or never pay any since the formation of this organization,he/she is not a member, and shouldn't have right to attend the conference, plimenary peace discussion, membering the volunteers committees, shouldn't vote or be voted. In this case you the volunteers need to check you yearly contribution to the NCA before individual sound to reconcile the Nasirians.[In the bylaws of this organization].
To retry these in short, No general meeting unless we all held a plimenary discussion seperately.
The eligible volunteers may construct the pionts of the agenda to be discused first seperately.
If he/she is not contributing to the NCAs,he/she is not a member,no need for these foxs to volunteers in the peace reconciliation. They are Nasirians by birth, but not in the organization automatically,as we all abide with the bylaws.
