Re: executive Report

Hello NCA General Assembly

Tut Makuach Luot

My Name is Tut Makuach Luot Koway, the Executive Director of NCA. I want to thank women who work very hard for this community to come together and they remained united for this long period of time. I urge them to make this peace succeed. I want to thank NCA members who devoted their time for supporting this peace. Finally, Iam very please to thank my executives, boards, and local chapters for their effort and commitment to bring NCA back to where it is.

T/s: Before I talk about, I want to say something about NCA membership.

I.  NCA does not accept you to attend July conference if you don’t pay your membership dues, but you are here today because we want everybody to hear about the peace result. Therefore, you may have hoped to continue your yearly payment:

A.    You have to be an active member to vote

B.    You have to be an active member to joint conference

C.    Before November, you are needed to pay your all yearly contribution otherwise. If you fail to do so, you will not be allowed to get in because right now is the right time to prepare and checked your name from 2002-2005 lists.

II. I was planning how we are going to nominate three people from our side: either we the executives should nominate them in order to avoid the incoming argument or NCA members should nominate these three delegates if it will not turn out as the election.

A.    Three people will be nominated by NCA members

B.    If NCA members turn it as the election; then the office will has a chance to nominate them and would be confirmed by the NCA members.

T/s To come to the point, I would like to tell you about the peace you are given to us to negotiate with the other side of NCA.

I.                We are coming together as the one family and we give up all difference that divided us for these long periods of time. We give our leadership to the Nasir Community because Nasir is better than leadership.

II.              Because we agreed; those who have a conference in July, 2005 will select three people and those who have a conference in September will select three people and then we will have six people. Six people will be our transitional committee. For whatever period of time we want them to be.

III.           In November, 2005 all sides in NCA will emerge into one community, and gave the power to the transitional committee: NCA reunification conference will take place in Nebraska. And thank you very much and god may continue to bless Nasir Community.

Sincerely Yrs,

Tut Makuach Luot Kowauy, the Executive Chairman of NCA of Nebraska.
