Dear NCA members across North America ,
Many thanks to all Nasirian people who deeply involved reconciling two NCA Community members. I have appreciated your time and the system of expert power that you utilized to mediate our people by using the rule of organizational conflict-resolution techniques such as forcing, collaborating, compromising and accommodating. If we have no abilities at all to solve our own problems, whom do we think will do it for us?
Ladies and gentlemen, if we mean to service our society, the time is now crucial for all Nasirian Members to go to Nashville and attend NCA Final Peace Convention which is taking place at Gallatin , Tennessee on February 14-15, 2004 . Whatever groups wanted to defend their side through dialogue, this is an opportunities for you to representing your points of argument in front of all Nasirian Members to induce them with your strong reasons if you thought you have one in mind. Whether the NCA Peace and unity will be achieved this year or not, the following NCA teams have deserved special appreciation for their attempts to reconcile NCA Members:
1. NCA Peace Elders Advisory Committee lead by Mr. Joshua Opal Lual.
2. Omaha Headquarters, NCA Committee Peace Advisors lead by Mr. Simon Gatkuoth Wakow.
3. NCA Youth Club Committee Peace Advisors lead by Mr. Deng Kir Diet &
4. NCA Peace Advisory Committee led by Mr. Samuel Whie Chuol if there are any believes that they have contributed peace to re-uniting our people. The group recognitions based on their efforts, the job performance quality and the time that they spent in public services to reunite NCA Members through all these three years of disagreement. May God bless them for having such emotions in their hearts to work for the welfare of our society, and work beyond their-selves of territories..
Last & for all, I am summoning all NCA members who have clear visions, goals and strategies for the future of our people to attend NCA Nashville Peace Convention to discuss more about our differences. If you are the team leader, you have to remember that you are not doing this job for yourselves, but for the others; and do not let your thoughts to bring annihilations to yourselves and the all group as well. The NCA Unity is now on the table of discussion, it's up-to the Nasirian People to talk it or leave it. The time is running short for us to hold such a unity again in North America if we have thinking that we cannot co-exist as one community in America . Please be sincere now, our game is almost over. Have a nice trip.
Thanks
Mr. Peter K. Gatkuoth
The NCA Executive Director.
