Dear NCA,

We are sorry to give a response very lately. The letter you replied to our resolution met with some points in regards to the entire theme of the whole story ,howevr some points mismatch with the basic theme of the resolution. To very laconic, the letter that we wrote to you is two folds ?– it was to inform you that Pal has been insulting, humiliating and still is insulting our community of which is he the part.Iaddition, he has also degraded the community putting himself above every oneslse including the community . Based on the concrete evident we have, we told him the fact; however he categorically denied all the points. Therefore, the community decides to dismiss him. Henceforth , the very essence of the resolution was indeed to inform NCA that Pal is dismissed from Gauang community. Whether he is NCA chairman, or not that does not concern our community therefore, we cannot tell NCA to impeach him under any circumstances in that he was not elected by majority of Gajiok nor Gaguang had any votes for his coming to NCA ?‘s leadership. His leadership as a NCA chairman has got no any sort of recognition from Gaguang community (both in Africa and Diaspora). All what the NCA had invested to take him to its leadership, for us is nothing but a white elephant,

Second, the resolution of the letter was not for Gaguang community to seek recognition of whatever kind from NCA as you would imagine so. Gauang community is very well aware that NCA is not a political organization where it can seek recognition. If Guang wants to have a greater autonomy it can put forward its claim to concern political organizations and those in Southern Sudan should do that because they are the ones who share the same constituent with Nasir and that may also be asked in a genuine and formidable ground and that too may not be considred immposible dream by our community to happen .The point was therefore to inform you that Pal is among the individuals who do not want Gauang and Jiok communities to have a tranquility and work for the common goal that may affect their livelihood (progress and development). Henceforth , both communities should give a greater attention to such individuals who favor destruction rather than construction.

We all know that both communities had been in tremendous conflicts ever since, and Pal had a hand in those conflicts. In that he contributed money from his pocket to Koang Choul whose objective is to incite conflicts between Gaguaang and Gaajiok communities by Mobilizing innocents Gajiok to fight their brothers Gaguang. Is that how a leader should behave in a community?

As you are vividly informed that Pal is ostracized from the community and his leadership is too considered worthless by the entire Guang community, we would like to inform that he should not be the one who can act as a mediator between the two belligerent parties nor a delegate. The proposed peace talks between the warring parties (Guang and Jiok communities) should be the dialogue between them at the grassroots level and not NCA led by Pal. If NCA wants to send delegates to the peace talks, they should send another Jiok son and not Pal who has betrayed Guang community. This is a decision of the entire Guang community. We hope that peace loving Jiok community will not give chance to such circumstances. It Gaguang community to choose who should go and represnt them to the peace talks and not NCA to choose on thier behalf

Many thanks indeed ,

The Guang community in Ethiopia
