June 11th, NCA Peace Negotiation Resolution/Agreement is a violation of the NCA by - laws.

Per the NCA Peace Resolution that is now floating everywhere on the Internet is absolutely an unofficial and not agreeable by the office of Executives, Board of Directors and the NCA general assembly. The office of Executives supposed to meet in order discus the strategies for peace layout on Jun 11th 2005 , because the following weekend after June 11th was a rough mourning weekend, the Executives did not have a chance to meet.

As we all know that it is illegal and against our by-laws for the Executives to finalize any kind of resolution and impose it on the general assembly, therefore, this resolution belongs to the NCA Executive Director, Mr. Jinub Koang Bongjaak. It contains negative statements that were not even discussed during the peace negotiation.

Finally, I can assure all the NCA active members from either side, readers and other communities that a resolution without the consent by the NCA general assembly is an unofficial and bogus. Though it's not a genuine resolution, we will strive to continue negotiating until all hills are climbed.

Thanks

Mr. Jinup Buom/ NCA-Vice Chairman
