Dear Nasir Youth Club,
The NCA Executives office from both sides had read your resolution on the
Community's website.This our office's response to
your resolution as NCA under Pal Gatkuoth Deng.
Potentially, It's neccessary
that you had tried or attempted your level best to reconcile people of Nasir
community. So, our office has appriciated and given
you a credit for that effort. in addition, there
were many voluteers who had dedicated their time to
bring the Nasir family back togtether including Elder
Peace committees,so our office thanked you also for
that input. The NCA Executives's office wants to tell
all the peace launchers the real position of our side. In a last year December
meeting, the NCA executives's office has appointed
the three temperory committees that composed of John
Jock Kang, Gang Lual Banykeer,
and Samuel Wie Chuol.These
people had been appointed to be responsibility for any peace iniative either from elder peace committees or any peace
launcher like Nasir youth Club. For your proposal which stated that both Pal
and Kong have to resign their leaderships, our office had rejected or opposed your
proposal based on three main reasons 1. We went to Court with complain that the
election was rigid, and Kong Gatkuoth side had not
complied with Court resolution (Order). 2.The Omaha
compromise ended up with no final resolution from elder peace committees in
which all peace lovers were disinterested.3.Two NCA had been existed for two
years that means they are compeletly different instituitions. They operated their own activities in a
different times. Please, our office is not embaracing you for any on going peace, but any peace will
not materialize based on three above reasons.Clearly,
we didn't accept your proposal, and we will never accept it. Whatever result
you get from three elected Committees, is only thing we will comply or go with
it. Our executives office is not dealing with any peace issue. If
you are talking about peace, you would see three
mention committees. Additionally, the
Thanks
NCA executives office under Pal Gatkuoth.
