Response to NCA based in Tennessee 's peace Committee proposal.

The Peace and Reconciliation committee delightfully would like to response to your proposal. It is true that we are suppose to have a separate priliminary meetings with both sides before general meeting is conducted. This meeting could help us address some sentative parts of the problem. But because of the time factor, we regret to inform you that no change could be made, due to the fact that our time is running out. However, we apologized for inconvinience. we look forward to be seeing you on February 14 to 15, 2004 .
