Subject: Resignation
Dear Mr. President,
I coax gently to persuade your office to consent with my decision. For a complete 12 months or year, I curbed presuming to perceive my roles as an adviser to NCA; unfortunately, your office Mr. President fails to aware or call me to sit and discuss any issue concerning the role of the adviser. All posts are crucial in our organization, and I would like to attribute the cause of resignation to your office and the public.
As an adviser, I have a right to know the internal and external policy of our association. I have legal right to know the whole business of the association. In contrast, since the time I have heard that I was nominated or appointed to act in our association's high post, an adviser to NCA, you have never informed or explained to me officially the duties of the adviser.
As an adviser, I believe to know where president goes and what his missions are about; however, I learned failure in our interactions. You have never told me where you went or the purpose of your trips. Sometimes you informed me to go somewhere with you, while you have not alerted me about the tasks. I think and believe everyone likes to be led by the laws and the love of the unity, but the most important among these is to fulfill the commitments.
Even if my blames should not cause consequential net to your administration, you must need to know and accept the causes. Your office did comply and acknowledge the position of the adviser. You have even planned the convention without letting me know anything about it. Your office did not restrain its functions, which made it impossible for me. With all these Mr. President, I concluded today fully without haze that I have resigned. I regret to wait your office to equate by the laws and the love of our community.
Yours truly
