The NCA Conference Resolution Of 1999

Preamble:
The NCA Conference had begun on December 25-28, 1999 at Nashville, TN. Elder Thomas Tut Tuor opened the conference with the word of prayers. Next, Mr. Chairman, Biel Wal Deng welcomed all NCA State Representatives, Advisory Boards as well as all NCA members during Nasir Conference.

Moreover, the conference atmosphere was very conducive, but there were little dissatisfactory discussions over NCA Financial Reports.

There had been some confusion over NCA Paperwork in 1999 because the amount paid by the members did not match with the amount recorded on the paperworkd. Therefore, the NCA Auditors' Report was become less satisfactory.
