I would like to say thank you in advance for taking time to read this notice. I am Nimeri Riek Nguth, as of today March 28, 2010. I declared my candidacy to run for the position of the chairmanship of the Ulang Community Association of USA. I am cordially thank full to the members who attended the meeting conducted on 03/20/10 in Omaha, Nebraska and people of Portland, Maine, in which I conveyed interest to serve this community. In that meeting, UCA members have shown that working with undivided heart is the key to attaining milestones, we have come a long way, as a community, we have been tested but did not flinch regardless of enormity of the obstacle, we have shown resiliency by choosing to work and develop our county as a best way forward for our community's sake. Our community is infested with fragmentation, especially in the US; the division has moved us no where but backward. The things that are being done by the UCA are immeasurable, the UCA members have taken the task of development in to their own hands and I could not be any happier than being a part of this organization. Had it not been our useless division, we would have conquered a lot, this should be a collective effort but we failed so badly. I will promote unity among us, because it is the only way I know will bring development and unity to Ulang Community, Jikany and Nuer Community at large because I do be believes that Nuer unity is crucial to me and for future of the Ulang Community Association.
I am thrilled and gratified to make this announcement to the public, so that they make their decision based on their take on what is being communicated on this declaration, comes the day of election. As a hard working person, I will do the best possible to make sure that this community is following what it has been found on. The followings are the things and I will do if elected to the executive and I will be able to do them through UCA yearly contributions and helps of International organizations:
1. Agricultures
2. Schools
3. Hospitals
4. Clean drinking water
5. Roads
6. Transportations
The above are of importance despite of where we live, because with out bringing solution to these problems, the county is doomed, we need to move as quick as possible, therefore this county could enjoy lasting prosperity. We need capital to achieve these goals; however I would like to turn this organization in to a business empire by creating a company that will generate enough money to be utilized in those projects I mentioned.
