Today we are here to plant the trees by organizing this community and tomorrow another will enjoy the shades of it. We the Nuer have planted this tree and our next generation will enjoy it tomorrow. We are here today to let you know we were born as Nuer, live as Nuer, and die as Nuer and will always be proud to be Nuer. I am saying this because in the last two years, there have been some difference in Nuer community and these differences are there in any community and society, for that reason the Nuer Community Development Service USA has called the election to resolve the difference. Differences can be a resolved in a peaceful way to elect the executive who could lead us in the next four years to come, that is how things get done all over the world and in our homeland as well. It is not new to us to do the election and we all know the outcomes of the election one is to have the winner who will treat his opponent with dignity and respect because without him or her there would not be anyone to compete with. Today we have come to the conclusion of our work as an electoral committee; we were selected to do this work for Nuer people and Nuer community. It's not because we are better than anyone amongst you, but because we all can not do the same job at the same time. We are very positive the same job we are doing some of you can and will do it in the next future and he or she can do less, or better because we have the truth of all the members in the Nuer community.  Now time has come for us to give you the result of your community and what you have done during the election and it will be state by state.
