NCA TENNESSE HEADQUATERS EXITED

On October 4, 2005, the NCA Board Chairman under Chairmanship of Jinup Koang BongJaak contacted the lawyer to change the name of Nasir Community Association (NCA) into what so call Nasir Community Development Foundation (NCDF) that recently created. The primary goal for NCA group under Jinup Koang BongJaang to change our historic name “NCA” into something else may have a connection with the illegal withdrawals of $102,666.97 from NCA Account that had conducted by one person. This amount of ($100,000 + $2,666.97 + $40,000 = $142,666.97) had deposited into three different Bank Accounts under one-person signature, which seems unofficial. Instantly this group decided to detach this amount of $142,666.97 from the rest of NCA Contributors by changing NCA original name that holds all community funds from both sides into NCDF.
This group ultimately will legalize NCDF community; which sometimes would make it harder for many NCA contributors to reclaim back Nasir Community Association's assets. Since Nasir Community Association split itself into two groups in 2001, the NCA Nebraska Headquarters under Tut Makuach Luot had successfully legalized Nasir Community Association by obtaining “501-(c3)” and the community “copyright”; however, the obtaining of the above documents immobilized NCA second group's legal-right to obtain the same legal documents under the name of “Nasir Community Association (NCA)”, and they finally decided to use another name instead. Now our equation is getting tougher; for those who believed that NCA Tennessee Headquarters' is fighting for their rights, the changes have been introduced already from your side without being consulted; and it seems in many ways like your ultimate destiny that you have been fighting for within four years period is leaving you up in vacuum; and that the only deliberation I can discover. It would be better off for you guys to utilize your minds instead to surprise.
Undisputedly, Nasir Community Association has rights to maintain and repossess whatever documents or properties being entitled under its name. It doesn't matter how far and how quickly this group is going to run with Community Money per Properties. Nasir Community Association members who retain this name shall take legal actions to seize all community assets that miss-directed by one special group; and who being deflected the community courses and it's objectives. Of course, there are null two Nasir Community Associations in North America unless otherwise, U.S Copyright Department is negligence in such a way. Apparently, what we should do is to reunite our community members under one leadership authority since disagreement is part of human life. There is no need for this group to form another Community base Association with different name. If this special group does not feel comfortable at all to co-existence and live again peacefully with their community citizens, let them set a side community money and do whatever else they determined to do without holding NCA Cash in their hands because holding NCA cash in the hand of someone is an endless infirmity either you going take this money to Nasir Land to do business with it or use it for your own benefits, there is no safe-haven in such a situation base in this NCA Money that Contributed by whole Nasirian People.
