Subject: Congratulation To Mr. Dak Tap,

   Every since you are appointed as a commissioner of Nasir County, Yoal Community Association of U.S.A. are deeply moved euphorically for the great step Yoal family at large took this year, 2010. Mr. Dak, with no doubt, you are well prepared for this position and a man of unity who will keep Nasir county cohesively than ever before. Yoal Community in U.S.A. is extremely pleased and congratulate you for your newly appointed post, which is commissionership in the most populated county in all southern Sudan counties.  In fact, Nasir county will never be the same. By having said that, Daniel Koat Duoth Lual had changed the Upper Nile political beliefs for the fact that, it was his talent to bring the name of Upper Nile to existence and prominent state, which is now mostly enjoying by Jikany Kiir.

Apparently, The same spirit and mechanism  that uncle DK. Matthew used to transform the lives of people of Upper Nile state, we believe that it would be applied to you since both of you come from the same  family (Yoal). Mine you though, Yoal family is the founder of Jikany Kiir, so our goal is to ensure that everyone in that land must feel home and hopefully, you are the one who will make it happen even though it was bypassed by former commissioner.  However, Dak,  our anticipation to your future productive administration in Nasir County is not inane. That is why we were overwhelmed with joyous when we  received your appointment to be a Nasir county commissioner and we still feel excited for the great outcome of your administration in Nasir county.

As  family members who situated abroad, we would like to encourage you that there are challenges and a lot of stuffs that need to be done within Nasir county.  If you would not be very careful, Nasir county will be the worst county ever lived on earth.  

Mr. Commissioner, it is Yoal community Association of United States of America 's pleasure to congratulate and welcome you to a great county (Nasir, the mother of three counties, namely, Maiwut, Ulang, and Longechuk county). Honestly, all chieyol around the world are so excited for this opportunity that Yoal family obtained this year, 2010, and therefore all Yoal offspring in U.S.A are deeply supporting you no matter what it takes.

God bless and make you a successful leader in the eye of Nasir citizens and in the view of all Upper Nile state citizens.
