I believe the rumors I heart from NCA's money hunter, and started that, they will wait the future two commissioners in two counties Ulang, and Nasir, while they have no nothing on their hand, How do they know it to win NCA's money from the court, and wait the the two future commissioners to implement their prediction development, Ex: on story about the college institute was established by Thabor Ding, and Riek Gach in Yomding area, when I was there in two counties in Southern Sudan, I landed in Rubout with John Mark, and Roger, the director of USAID from U.S., and I asked one person in Ulang county county area, please can you show me the collage institute which was establishing by Riek Gach, and Thabor, he was surprised indeed, and he said well, I came from Nasir by car yesterday and bypass through Yomding, I spent one day, and I did not see college institute, I never heard about it. He reply it to me again may be you misunderstood those two guys, may be they build the collage in U.S. not here in Yomding, he said. I satisfied that, when the commissioners came and met with their counties members here in U.S. no one person among those two guys to asked the commissioners about the process is going of building community college in Yomding area.

I have been starting the editing lately, due my preoccupation time last month, and now it's a time for any member in our community to be informed and receive a full evident about our commissioners' mission to United States. The mission of the commissioners went successfully as you all knew, and 99.99% of NCA members attended the peace, and reconciliation meeting in Lincoln on Saturday December 23, 206 at Duol Mosses, and Samuel Wie Chuol's Church, the Nasir community members from different States in United States, and Canada came and attended the crucial meeting, they all agreed to reunite as a one family, according to the images is showing above. Please, if you want to stop the frustrates’ allegations you hearing all time behind you, let me know, and I will send you a full true story about Nasir community peace, and reconciliation. We all know, the exasperation, misleading or deceptive, and blindfoldness around Nasir community's members for many years, still exiting today, this is a last peace, but we most be careful with a few number who dislike our reunification. It's known for anyone around this world, if you lost in politic, and the Popularity with in the community, you could not accept anything related to groups meeting, because your politic has dead end, and you already realized that, you lost the control, no one will back you up when you inter in the event of majority groups during the peace, and reconciliation meeting, the loser always defend him/herself to rejected any kind of the gathering to no, no, and no--->, he/she may thinks that, the majority vote will be apply at anytime, that why they always use to create a negatively ideas, and trying to switch the realty to unreality. Please comparing the the true agendas from the commissioners, they turned them from the realty and translated into wrong way.

Here are bellow: the four truly words came out from commissioners' mouths, which they were focused during the separate meeting with four groups leaders: Jinub Bum, Jinub Kong, Reath Kier, and Khor Tot:

1)- Commissioners said this: Four groups will joint the peace & reconciliation Meeting of Dec 23, 2006, and we will talk for reunification under one community, when it success, we will go to next step.
2)- Commissioners said this: Four groups will withdraw the case from the courts in Tennessee, and in Nebraska.
3)- Commissioners said this: Four groups will select four people or what every the number of the people they choose, and give their names to USAID, and the people you selected in your community will go to Nairobi, Kenya and work together with United States Agency International for the Development, and the only thing will involve us as a commissioners of your counties, we will provide the list of the strategic plan structure, and you will pick- up what every you like to do from that list'; Example; if you choose Education Programs or Health Programs is up to you.
4)- Commissioners said this: Briefing from each county's commissioner to county's members for strategic plan structure in their counties will do it separately..

Both groups leaders Jinub Bum, and Reath Kier said no, and rejected the three agendas have mentioned above on front of the commissioners, they only accepted number"4” the county briefing for development and strategic plan structure.

Two groups leaders have highlighted and mentioned that, the reason why they rejected three agendas is because the coming of the commissioners was sponsor by Jinub Kong and Khor Tot's groups. When the commissioners heard that word, they surprised, and the Ulang county commissioner Duer Tut has Yale and said Hee! Hee!! What do you said? He asked Mr. Reath Kier, and same thing to Jal Yuel, and Jinub. I didn't understand what you said, Can you repeated a gain? and they repeated to commissioners. then the commissioners stop them, and explain who is sponsor for this trip: Duer said our coming here in U.S.A. has spent $28,000.00 U.S. Dollars, and Duer was question the both leaders similarly in different days, Do you think that, these money paid by Jinub Kong, and Khor Tot's groups? And also asked Mr. Reath Kier again who told you that? There was no reply from Mr. Reath.

2)- "Commissioners trip to United States was sponsored by khor Tot, the chairman of NCA, and Jinub Kong, the chairman of NCDF", my answer; that is not true”.

The two commissioners’ tribe to U.S. was facilitated by United States Agency International for the Development (USAID), and Norwegian People Aid (NPA).

This is a last level degree for peace and reconciliation between Nasirian; the Commissioners are the top of the governmental of the counties, no one above the government of the county, accept the Commissioner.
