YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO SET A NEW GOAL OR TO DREAM A NEW DREAM"

 "It was late 1995 when a dream came upon one son of Nasir to form an organization, messages were carried out from Nashville Tennessee to midwestern states and canada during snowy season, men and women, young and old were driving in such an hazardous weather for the sake of peace and unity. Can one Imagine driving in the snowy weather to distant places for the sake of peace unity among the children of Duany. whose job would it be to protect?"
 
I will begin by giving some important dates for the refreshment of our memories. These dates are crucial and important to me and i think  and believe that, they are too with you because they have made some significant impact on of all of us.

  1. 1996 the formation of Nasir Community Association (NCA) ( 6 years)
  2. 2001 the the two divisions of Nasir Community Association (NCA NCF)(10 years)
  3. 2006 the other split of Nasir Community Association (NCA) ( 4 years)
  4. 2007 the other Split of the Nasir Community  Foundation (Ncf) ( 3 years).
  5. 2010 can we make it a  Gathering, Reunion, Convention, or a REFORM year?  ( 15 years from 1996 till now).
 
"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. the most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time" ( thomas Edison). to you my people I feel so compelled in sending this letter out to you for the sake of peace and unity and the future ahead of us. There are a lot of challenges facing us ahead as long as the Southern Sudan nation is coming to existence as an independent country. Nuer of Gaa-jiok and Gaa-guang( the children of DUANY) have been shining for many years over the nuer people, that is/was a reason why we were the first people to form an organization that was so big and recognized and been used as  examples of peace and unity by many Nuer and other Southern Sudanese brothers in the diaspora.
The truth and the reality is where is that shining, peace, unity and power now?
  
For these past ten years that we have been apart from each other, did not do us any good in my observation. I as Chuol have been doing my things as individual without the need of one an other, and so the same thing to you, but as people of the same family, same community, same counties, same state, and of the same Country, need one an other to  have peace and unity to overcome the challenges ahead. 
If it is( was) good that on May 2nd 2009 the Nuer United, Wouldn't it be also good for us too to  be United and be one again?
If it is(was) good that on June 12th,2010, the Jikany United, wouldn't it be good for us too to be United and be one again?
If it is(was) good that on may 29th, 2010 , Chie lang United, Wouldn't  it be good for  us too to be united and be one again?
  
It is all up to us as individuals to look at the situation the way it really is, may be you have your own analysis, it is also good, but we need to consider being one again regardless of how successful we are as individuals. I will leave these questions to you and answer them the way you want. A history  can not make itself, but person(s) to make it happen. It was us who created and formed the Nasir Community Association (1996), Nasir Community Foundation(2001) and so on through decision making. It is also going to be us again to Reform to have peace and Unity among ourselves again. In that late 1995, it was like an angle sent from some where to Nassir children in diaspora that you need to  form an organization  for the peace and unity to keep together. In that year message was carried out by young and old, men and women from Nashville, Tennessee going down to midwest states and Canada during snow season for the sake of peace and unity. That memory is still fresh my fellows  brothers and sisters ,fathers and mothers and remember it is not "too late to do good again for one more time".
  
My big concern is, Are there elders in this Community, Are  there young men/women in this Community? Are there old men/women in this Community who are ready and surrender to forgive a brother or a sister for the sake of peace and unity among Gaa-Jiok and Gaa- Guang( Duany Children)? Or Are we wishing and hoping that WUOR KANG BOTH, GANG WAN, DIEU GACH, PUR BUOB, KUN THOAL, AND LATJOR DIEYIAN were here to make peace among us and make us one again?  What can we then do in our time that we will be remembered for afterlife? These men did their part during their time by keeping themselves together in peace and unity for facing challenges. What about us? Can we also have the same spirit as those in the past?
  
 Duany Union has schedule a meeting in the coming september 5th 2010 in Omaha, Nebraska. If you have time please come and make the corrections yourself(ves), keeping quite in your house is not helping us as the people( community). If Duany is not the perfect name why don't you come and discus? If the structure and the formation is not good enough why don't you come and talk about it? Any way is possible we are very flexible,any thing too good for us we need, and it is from you when you come. If leaders are not the right ones come we will make new leaders.  If you do not come, it means you care less about your people, and you are denying the reality to your people. your most gifted talent is needed the most at this crucial time, and also remember "life is a OnE WAY" going going Forward and we can make good use of it.
  
 Before closing, if i have overstated and offended any one I am asking for your forgiveness, it a job that no one can do  alone but all, and also it not shame that you can have peace with you brother, sister and be one again for one more time. look and take these as my personal views  but  i feel i have to stress  them to you all, for what i believe as our concern. I have prolonged too much but forgive me, thank you and God bless you.
