Bol’s, Social Lander, in Education:

Bol Bol Ruei Bol: B.A in History, & Minor English

My social Lander, I mean the struggling for Education as to begins, I would like to incooperated the quote which had been said long time a go by one of “Duop Kual Yoal man, by name Cääk Tu ɔ̱ k” who said that, Tëëk, Puodë, can. (Puodë Tëëk Caan,) as long as you are still a life, you wouldn’t be victim of any things. I began success at all to my attempt. This social ladder clamping of mine, had took me decades to reached the top of a tree (Tiw Tiw, Jietha Nöör, mi bär bäär)

I wanted to learn but, always, the Nuer tradition, wouldn’t allow me also to do so, from the beginning, when I tried to go to school nearby town of A kobo district. My mother holds me back, in case to take care of her old ages. As I grew older, however, my life took some unexpected turns. After what; I call "a series of poor choices" as a young adult; I became a refugee, three times, during my younger ages. Even, when the time, I became a single parent of an infant, Riko, I was determined to work out my way to get degree. Unfortunately, it does work as I had plan for it. I become a great dad, this changed my life and inspired by children. As soon as I came to the USA, Just say, in the beginning of the year 2000; I began to add some credits slowly, and slowly but, surely over the years. Eventually, today I graduated with an B.A degree, Major History, and Minor English. Some of the time I used to joke with my friends that when I will get the degree, I am going to called it [Ngak-Noom Bol].

I was happy or impre ɛɛ ed, during the ceremony; I cannot wait to hear my children yelling, "You did it Dad! You did it!" "I can't wait to hear my children also screaming calling my name from the stands," saying dad you did it. They were holding my hands as I realize my dream after the ceremony; these children “are my inspiration. They all told me “I have done a good job and said also” You will do more, they said, because you have made a history. I imagined to myself, graduating with a “Bachelor's or any degrees in your middle ages is not an easy task. Also getting the degree for working man or woman is the long-awaited answer for many people who struggling to make it happen such as me and Young Chuol Luak and the rest “Education, together, with community, give you the extra boost to raise awareness of the fact that fulfills its obligation.” Through, l ɔ ac dä muoum buom, you are blessing to move up at the top of the Lander. Choose to take your own ways and think of them, is the real meaning, Made you to grow that growing up. My growing is in the bush, the largest part of my life, is under tree, and is my “Tukul.” This the last part of my graduations

Thanks again,
