I’m very exultant to announce to you that on July 19, 2008, I will have graduation ceremony at National University at San Diego Convention Center.  This year, I am getting my Master in Public Administration (MPA), Profession in governmental and organizational leadership.

I invited you all to my commencement site even though you’re far away, but your hearts will still be with me and my family while celebrating this remarkable achievement in my life.

We’re all known that a commencement is a time of joy to celebrate the completion of major milestone. By telling you the truth like many others, I have come all a long way, through many hours of coursework, lectures and exams, and today, I am here to share with you and my family this exhilaration achievement.

I thank my family for their lovely supports in my education because without them, I couldn’t accomplish my educational aspiration ; for instant, my lovely children had already called me, Dr. Gatkuoth although I did not yet start my doctoral studies just because they want to motivating me and continue my further studies. Peter Koang Gatkuoth,NCA former executive director
