NCA Graduation Ceremony Announcement

Mr. Kang Gatkuoth Kang will graduate for “Bachelor Degree of Political Science” on Friday May 7, 2004. The time will be two O’clock P.M. at Civic Auditorium Arena Omaha, Nebraska.

I congratulate you for getting your bachelor degree this spring. Keep continue as the way you did. It is marvelous achievement. Your determination to reach your goal has been admirable.
