NCA student’s graduation ceremony announcement

 

NCA student’s graduation ceremony will be started from May 1st -22, 2004. The student’s names and their faculties are the following.

 

  1. Gatluak Duop Dieth: Master degree of Divinity, his graduation will be Monday May 1, 2004 in Nashville, Tennessee.

 

  1. David Kui Paduil: Bachelor degree of Theology, graduation day will be Wednesday May 3, 2004 in Nashville, Tennessee.

 

  1. John Khan Chuol: Bachelor Degree of Public Administration, graduation ceremony will be Saturday may 22, 2004 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

 

  1. Simon Wal Bum: Associate degree of computer information science, and liberal arts, graduation ceremony will be Friday May 14, 2004 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

 

  1. Deng Liem Thoa: Associate degree of art, graduation ceremony will be Saturday May 15, 2004 in Omaha, Nebraska.

 

            I congratulate you for getting your bachelor and associate’s degree this spring. I know all of you have a family, and three things have been involved in your dissertations are; raising children, economic responsibility, and supporting our parents from where we came from, even more difficult. You’re accomplishing this, while you maintaining these three difficult things which prevent us to learn in school. Keep continue as the way you did, it is marvelous achievement. Your determination to reach your goal has been admirable. I'm sure your families, who have been your chief support, must be very proud of you.

 

It is my great pleasure to congratulate you on your graduations ceremony will be start the 1st of May 2004. This is a most appropriate time for us to look back on our history many years a go; we were the people of unity and cooperation. Congratulations on your achievements to date and best wishes for even more energy, dedication and success in the future! God bless you guys and God bless all those who strive for freedom, justice and democracy in this Country.

 

Additional Message: I am still asking these who graduated last two years, starting from high school’s diploma to Master degree. I have hope to receive your graduation’ picture at anytime, I frequently posted message on the web oftentimes and I am still holding confidence about you, that why I remind you today again because I don’t feel adequately, while I was received many pictures from others NCA students, and what about you?  Please, if you don’t mind, scan one picture and send it to me with electronic mail or if you have a difficulty to find a scanner, please use my mail Box 5124 NW radial HWY # 11 Omaha, NE 68104, almost it will take two to three days on the way to reach me.

 

Propose: why? I devote my time to collect all Nasirans student’s pictures, and their names; I have special purpose for the next future as the following:

 

1, Nasirans students intellectualities value will be recognize through technology around     the world.

 

2, Motivation of young Nasirans students who are still striving for education will increase.

 

3, Educational history of this generation will be remained in technology system forever and automatically, it will be helpful to next generation of Nasir historians in South Sudan.

 

Example: we have many leaders and politicians during the first movement, even the chairman of the First Movement: “Otear” he didn’t have biography and picture, and also during the Second World War, we have many heroes at war in Sudan even in Ethiopia like person: Chuol Jock Wie fought to Italians with Britain, and after’ Chuol fought to Britain with Italians in Ethiopia, he didn’t have biography history also due to lack of educators, but the major problem was a lack of photographers and generalists with in Nasir during the WW II. This is another generation’s century, we can not compare the last century with this century because many illiterates were so many and the educators were few. When this generations gone, our educational history will remain known to next generations. I struggle to make this process as well, because it will not happen again in this first world.

Ceremony party: the community of NCA in North America will prepare what is necessary for your achievement degree. Essentially, the celebration party will be underway to be scheduled, same thing as what we did last year in Omaha, Nebraska. The Nasir community has set a permanent time once a year for all NCA new graduates students; high school, colleges, and universities.
