This is an encouraging message as well as an encouraging greeting on the behave of all Nasir people s and on our behave we the Nasir Elders peace initiative Advisory and reconciliations Committee. We hope you are having an enjoyable time and gearing up another year. The Elders committee wishing you good lack to wherever you are. We are writing to you this Article for three or more reasons. Therefore, we would like to inform each of you that the Nasir Advisory peace initiate and reconciliation volunteers office had decided to step down from their working to bring peace. We hope you may be interesting in knowing a bout it.
As we were waiting to move a long to the new level, the Elders were having a dialogue on the nine of May for what steps to be taken and what will be their role to bring peace into the community. After their long discussion, all had come to the conclusion that the new window of the opportunity is to be open for others to have chances of participating and to bring peace. We encourage the members to make a big push and to influence their parties leaders to comes up with positive changes which might be follows by schedule meeting time as in regard to the sensitive nature of the peace, at this point we had honestly agreed to respect our decisions. The decision making is to remind you to giving the responsibility back to the parties as of the little success we have achieved so far. We do believe that weakness and strength existed to any human being born by the women as you have been also seen from us because, of our inability as some of you thought, its brought some great initial unseen difficulties by making peace even though, we had observed some causes of the people attitude, which will not be agreeable as a possibility, it invited the worst. Despite the fact that of what had been happened, we welcome your constructive criticism from all your factions if needs be. And still we have called your consensus and acceptance for our office activities not to continue its effort that mean that the NCA peace committee, has been forced by some demands that make them to drop its policy of dealing with the peace. This a facts.

The committee used to gets comment from individuals that indicated some complained raising whether to quite or be more effective. We have note also that there are many people who publicly criticized Elders why to continue their failed try . This seem to us that we are to remain as obstacle to the peace who will prevent future progress with in the NCA peace move. In fact, we are against to all the destruction of any decisions making, we were having some pessimistic views of those dead lock as a result, we would like to appeal and urge both to pay great attention to find solution in those disputes areas. Now we are addressing the issue on the spot to the peoples who are directly affected and with those of whom are in charge of the situation Therefore, it may be time for some others to step in and make effort to motivate the peace to the people concern. We were already drain by some of the negative attitude a way from enthusiasm. Those negatives attitude turned our peace focus volunteers to be the victims themselves, helpless to make changes, negative attitude led most of us to be angry with each, instead to pursuing dreams and discovering the truth. In all what had happened we have learned a lot to tone down all the sharpness, that mean if we were not more careful by convincing each about what to say we should be missing and follow suite.

We believed that you are going to be in respectful as we deliver this important message. We real need you to be aware of it. As those sparking began for blazing into the eyes of NCA which became known as splitting of 2001 election, the division of an ideas became the first ample proof of disarray and some weakness appeared began to overcome peace committee. In addition, The Elders peace reconciliation are in desperate situation due to the peace conference of Feb 14-15th, 2004. In that conference all Peter Koang group were welling to attend and the Elders Chairman together. In this meeting the committee for NCA peace were voted out which had been became obstacle for the Elders to go on with their peace since all members in Koang side unanimously passed their resolution of 93 to 3, therefore the 93 accepted for the Elders removal from the peace and only 3 people wanted the Elders to stay. Due to the out comes result we found it out that the right of the majority must be respected In contrast to the NT conference the Elders disagree with the their chairman to attended the meeting since Pal side declined to joined Koang side, we vote for it and the majority of the Elders committee of 9 to 1, than the 9 committee agree not to attended the meeting. The reasons was that not to meet with the one side this in later time became a disaster, it will not be right to participate in that meeting. This become a tension. As a result we still continue to respected the right of the majority vote as important steps toward the democracy that was why we agree to step down .because of the resolution, who all agree with 93 who vote us out , we will never do the job with Pal side a lone but both.

Again since we were losing support from the public, is another affecter that led us to end up our volunteer immediately. Our emotion follows by action, and this is to informing you that the peace reconciliation would not continues to occupying the space, as of our final decision the ignorant from our family of the NCA. seem to be real and wasting too much time. As a result, let other track down another move even though it will take some more years like we did, therefore those three years are not easy for some one who fought for the goodness of the community, because of the long time waiting for nothing, the move set us into frustration to what we could do, no progress made to our try, also it diverged attention into some conflicting views in that case we have seen that continue struggling for the so call who is who s, it will take us some more years but still no gain to be achieve. You can imagine how long we had try, now it is time for the trapped animals to be free from the zoo. We the Elders committee were facing with a lot of criticism as of being one side whereas the side that we are believed as we are belong to it still skeptical, we had faced with a tough challenges from both sides. Some still suspected us that we are being told and doing what the other side told us to do, we all knew this it is that way how Nuers people destroy their belonging, not only that the NCA members had succeed to have a great influence on us that led us to fall a part into vacuum, due to that it cause little conflict from the Elders too, Because of those examples all the peace committee decide not to go on with their assignment as from the lack of awareness to the members about the danger of disunity, became our failure to that end we all give upon any one left. As of Elders long breaking silence of failure to end the tension, its an every Elders options, we hope to changing face for the NCA became nothing.

It is going to be sad news from some of you who like to have peace to learn that Elders are no longer in their volunteers positions and at the same time, be appreciated by who like to remind hung up in the air. Therefore, you have to know this the struggle from the parties let us to dismay and as a result we had declared not to fight for nothing, if any visible out side but that cover the truth inside, the fate of the NCA be decide by who are ready to make their wrong choice even some still stammering on the issues on us for peace, as part of their image to destroy the accuracy focus of Nasir children s effort but not their ability, benefit not for worst it has been formed to overcome set back or barriers. That NCA is no longer a dreams, its a goal to meet it objectives believe it or not, is goal

Since the mistrust growing too big, there is no needs for the Elders to stay in, we thought that it is a time of needs, any one should gets help if he need it that is it, the peace committee are now step backward and continue make themselves distance may be not close by the door way whenever no changes made by the leaders of the parties . The splitting need people to continue working with it, remember that peace is not just a absence of fighting is a lesson all can apprehend your intellectuality .

Finally, we urging you the principle parties of the NCA leaders to see other alternative and we asking you to accept our apology by not succeeding our mission, because of the following points above. It may be time for others Nasir people to takes over. We have been walking the walks and takes the take through resistance time. Now we the Elders of the peace committee are very delight to informing you that we might be absolutely right to leave the door open to allow other members to participate instead. We believed that we were overwhelming and intimidated. We are all very glad in to our contributions of our positive ideas for better future, even we had found little success, it depend to our win win situation. That win win illusions views took us 804 days of consecutive 24 months and nine days which was full two years as well as our gradually come to an end over our long journey, since 15 April 2001 up to the 9 May 2004 when the Elders took that decision to united NCA, We will continue to proud to our services during our long try and we wish to pressing us for the good job we have done for eight hundred and four days, is a long period of time, due to that we fell low, really low in sprite, tired, demoralized and depressed. All this took our wise leadership in to illusion and not only that it turn the visions upside down, we feel panic with no solution however, we still thanks our teams of the volunteers for all they have done before our expires date. We believed the general NCA, will come to way that we want it to be one day, and in that we are honestly respected the NCA Directors who still to committed to the peace , not only that but also for your mandates to us that allowed to play a role in the NCA peace process. Elders Chairman and all the committee urge you to come up and mobilizing the mass to pursued the spirit of hope under the trust of the people since your time expires you have respect your community forgiveness and to forget hatred divided and rule are not the way how the Nasir people believe you to be. The Elders look in to their unsuccessful try we decide not to go on with reconciliations. In regard to that we give chances to any who needs to helps. As we discovered it, we need others to invent it and they may meet with a good time to discover the truth.
