Congratulations to both Dr. Bern & Mr. Simon:

It is a dream comes true for each one of you. For Dr. Bern, it is an example to us, the young Sudanese people that we can still success and achieve our goals even though we are engaged this life with multitasks. Your strong commitment, passion, conscious about our community, encouraged you to cross the final bridge.

We are so thankful to you and we would encourage you to be our visionary. Your character of integrity, dedication, and responsibility for determination placed you above the rests. For Mr. Simon, it is job well done. You have established the foundation and you also know that it not too late to complete the project you have started. Sacrifice of oneself to achieve a goal is a blessing and encouragement signs for the rests.

And for all, congratulations and Happy Merry Christmas!

Your Excellency Dr. Burn Puot Yut

In our chronological age, you have set a precedent like Rosa Parks, one of the civil right leaders, who refused to give up her seat to white passenger in the bus when the African American were racially segregated. Now, it is a roadmap for every Sudanese young man to follow in not only attaining his personal dream for “Doctor of Philosophy,” but also he should be able to protect the country of origin as a whole.
My time is too short; I will write along article about you later.

Best regards,

Simon Wuor Gai

Dear Dr Bern,

I have just heard and read from NCA Website that you are finally reached your Ph.D goal-congratulations! As brother or classmate, I have admired you very much as I have watched your struggles these past few years to acquire an education. Dr. Bern, your dedication, determination, and hardwork are highly appreciated to achieve this big goal.
In addition, we faced many difficulties running after education. It is very important to remind us that we must go for Ph.D. Of course; there is nothings impossible to achieve a personal goal of life, but detemination is only key to open the doors of success. I, other classmates, colleagues, family, and friends are appreciated your great success and concluded that you are going to go far in this world.
Also, I am impressed that you have a "Dr" in front of your name. You shall be called Dr. Bern from today onwards. This is a very interested title.

Congratulations to Dr. Bern Yut

Dr.Yut

Just a note to congratulate you on your doctorship. Nice to see this academic title, we are all proud of you and to our selves(I know that they are not all like that) recognize that there are more ways to bring people happiness than through continual academic study and that the real lesson we have to learn is to make the best possible use of our time on this planet.

Congratulations on the long overdue recognition of your academic achievements. I just viewed the pictures of your Mastery graduate ceremony. It was wonderful to see you looking so happy, relaxed and proud. Most who have struggled with the dragon of depression know how lonely that struggle can be. It always helps to know that others have walked that road and survived to tell the tale. May the future of Dr. Bern be filled with as much joy as you have brought to others during your long and successful career.

My great pleasure is to thank all of you those of supporters for your supporting and appreciation. I am also deeply expressing my sincerely to Sudanese community as whole, local communities, and individual people, for considering all graduates worthy of this great honor. I'm very conscious that in extending this hand of recognition to Dr. Bern Yut who emerged him self today to be leader. Dr. Yut, you are reaching out well beyond purely academic terrain. I am deeply grateful, encouraged, and inspired.

I would like to give you something to think about. As you stand on this platform, your life has in a way come full circle, your passions have given you the greatest joy, and the most unbearable pain, in various measures at various times, but always they were leading you on. So you are here today as graduated, you have all succeeded magnificently in your courses of study. You just whispering - maybe this is the beginning - maybe this is where you can start letting the flow of life in. such that your primary and secondary mission of the social services professional is to enhance human well-being and help to meet the basic human needs of all people, with particular attention to the needs and empowerment of people who are vulnerable, oppressed, and living in poverty.

My advice is - embrace the flow - all of it - the world out there is full of treasures, for all, and for you! Sometimes they are to be found in the most unexpected places - it's good to keep an open mind! Many congratulations to you. I wish you joy in this and all your future achievements. Well-done Dr. Yut!

Many Congratulationsssssssss

Dr. Bern Puot:

I rather call than leave you a synchronized message. Unfortunately, I have none of your phone numbers. Anyway, congratulation for an achievement you recently brought on a table.

Yes, you worked hard for it, you laid down everything to achieve it, I presume you have taken unusual criticisms while you were trying to make it, and what is most important, you probably offered less help to needy family back home and invest in education. As a result of your investment, you can safely announce that everything you have faced while you were in the middle of your desire are now paid off. You can now work less, reignite things that you have laid down, receive good comments, and you may soon be able to help need(ies).

It's true that you have become a role model and a teacher for everyone including Sudanese and I strongly agreed to that compliment. Let us hope that more Sudanese in North America and Europe will follow your path. Until more reach your stage, some good progresses for Sudanese in North America and Europe may head upward.

Once and a gain, thank you for doing it for us. You have given as a good label.

I apologize to whom we agreed upon my absenteeism on this particular site. I do not mean to break an agreement but I have to weight the options of keeping silence or congratulating an achiever.

thanks!!!

Congratulation

Congratulation, Dr. Bern!
Bern's success is inspirational! His achievement is a byproduct of hard-work, dedication, perserverance, and consistency (constancy) to come this far. And this will influence and inspire many minds, minds of ambitious individuals who have mental abilities, emotional and psychological efficacies to deal with unbearable odds of life. Dr. Bern, among other Nuer PhD holders, will be a remarkable model, good example, torchbearer and influential change agent who will inspire Nuer school goers, not only Nasirians, to just do the same. Every one will say, "Bern has done it, why not me?" Competition for good thing means progress. Pearl S. Buck once states, "The person who tries to live alone will not succeed as a human being. His heart withers if it does not answer another heart. His mind shrinks away if he hears only the echoes of his own thoughts and finds no other inspiration." Therefore, family's and NCA members' emotional, spiritual, and social support provided to Bern during his educational adventure are the source of this achievement.
Finally, brother Bern, right on! This is the 'American Dream' each and every one of us has been pursuing. Congratulation on your success, you may say "mission accomplished", no! Personal and independent scholarstic inquiry is never ending. I wish you the best in your intellectual and scholarstic journey.
